This handy tool is used to remove battery terminal clamps without damage to the battery posts. By simply placing the jaws of the puller under the battery cable clamp tighten the screw until the clamp is removed. Great for removing corroded battery terminals. Also removes bolted on windshield wiper arms that fit over a tapered spline. The puller screw pad is designed to fit the top of the spline post for easy pulling.
