Used and working exactly as it should. My friend Brandon opened it up and cleaned it out, lubricated it, and it is functioning perfectly. This is used and being sold as used. There are minor imperfections on the handle as you can see in the photos. Nothing too crazy and nothing that impacts performance. A very rare item from when Armstrong was strong and functioning in the United States of America
