The beaver tail Ratchet appears to mimic the very earliest patented SK Ratchet from Theo RUEB. As most people know, SK produced brands in the house at their Brazil Chicago plant. These were for companies, such as gamble stores, tiger, tools, etc. This is likely from the 1930s and as noted mimics the earliest TO RUEB patents from SK. The other Ratchet start number 4270 is likely also produced at the Brazil plant in Chicago. This could have been for Mac or a variety of other in-house produced ratchets.
