Brand new never used however they do have minimal storage marks as you can see in the photos. I bought out an SK supplier and a lot of these items were just sitting inside a dirty warehouse for decades. What you see is what you get. It is a cool piece of SK history from back in the day when SK was made in the USA and worth a damn you get the original bits that go inside the long screwdriver handle.
