This tool is in good new condition. The box has some damage to it likely from sitting on a shelf for many years. The tool itself has some wear caused from sitting but you can tell it has not been used. The box you receive may be in worse or better condition. The tool as well may be in better condition but should not be in worse since I chose to picture the one that seemed to have been affected the most by sitting for so long.
