This is a set of 2 Rotary Lift manual lock release override installation levers for many Rotary 4-post open-front lifts (always refer to your specific model's literature to verify fitment before purchasing). You need these to safely move the lock mechanisms without air when seating the runways during installation or for removing the runways during tear-down. They're 1/8" steel 13.5" x 6" and there is a "15" etched all the way through (you can see daylight through it). I don't know of this is the exact part number because it comes in the installation kit, but Ebay requires a part number so S130221 is what Google AI came up with.
