Brand new never used. This is the 84 tooth version of this kit. This kit will fit all USA made ratchets, Taiwan, maid, ratchets, and Chinese maid Ratchet of stock number 44994. If you do not have the fine tooth already, this will turn your Ratchet into fine tooth. All of the different manufacturers have the same exact body and are interchangeable.
