New. Never used. Handle, 10pc screwdriver bits plus 12 nut driver bits in metric and standard. Handle and nut drivers are marked USA. The screwdriver bits are not. Both bags are sealed. Outside of nut drivers bag is dirty, the bits look clean. Some discoloration inside the driver. Maybe other minimal blemishes from storage and age.
