Used and working as they should. The 5/16 inch has been replaced with a six point wrench. Most of these are etched with Billy in them. You can see this in the photos. If that bothers, you do not buy it. These were sold to me as New, they are not new. They are definitely used. What you see is what you will get. Storage.
