Used and working as it should. The main deficiency is a little bit of chipped chrome at the very top as you can see in the photos. I put a brand new repair kit in here. It has a new anvil, a new PAWL, new spring, new ball bearing, new backing plate, new spring clips. Everything is new except the Ratchet body.
