If you know that it's going to be raining in the next 24 hours, we recommend keeping your vehicle indoors during the cure time. You are able to hand wash the vehicle 48 hours after application. We recommend you Do Not take the vehicle through an automatic car wash after application. Automatic car washes are known to damage regular clear coat, so they can do the same with a Shiny Car Stuff coating. Our recommendation is to hand wash, power wash or take the vehicle through a touchless car wash. If you would like to apply even more depth or cover additional damage, or imperfections in the application, it often makes sense to apply additional layers of Shiny Car Stuff.
