To engage power just hand tighten the black knob and just slightly loosen the black knob to disconnect all power. TURN THE KNOB CLOCKWISE TO CONNECT THE CIRCUIT AND TURN IT COUNTER CLOCKWISE TO DISCONNECT THE CIRCUIT.
