Vintage Snap-On KR-402A New condition with a few very minor hard to see scratches from sitting in a tool box for years. The two pieces can slide together with hardware stores inside the two halves with the rubber caps put on the ends to hold it in. I believe that how it would come new, was really hard to separate so I will leave all the pieces out and separate. Looks to be old stock part, has the bolts that are flathead not Phillips
