I cannot ship any "combined shipping" order with batteries in it to Alaska or Hawaii. This works great. Comes as pictured. This can use ctb185, ctb1856, CTB7185, CTB8185 AND CTB8187 batteries. I combine shipping on anything, for my cost, but keep in mind that batteries have to be shipped ground, so on a mixed order that has batteries, all of it will be shipped ground, if it's combined.
