Ratchet is in great working condition, the handle has some nicks in it as well as tears. The flex head works strong being able to support its own weight and is in proper working condition. For seller protection, all items are video recorded during testing, packaging, and shipment. Serial numbers, condition, and identifying details are documented before the item leaves my possession. Any attempt at fraud, part swapping, false damage claims, empty box claims, or return abuse will be reported to eBay, shipping carriers, and law enforcement when applicable.
