Selling a used Snap-On MT383 engine blow-by tester. In good usable condition with normal wear and tear. Only used a few time from my uncle's tool box. Graduated cylinder is in good shape with the lettering. Still clearly visible and no rubbed off lettering or lines. There are five different caps and plugs included. The hose is in good shape with no rips or tears and still pliable, but does have a few bends from storage. Comes with the instruction sheet for snap-on.
