Ratchet works in forward and reverse but feels very easy/smooth when turning it. I put a good amount of pressure taking off a 13mm bolt on a golf cart and tightened it back up with no issues. The 3/8 drive part seems to have a little play in it and may need to be seated better or get a rebuild kit. Please see all pictures for exact item condition.
