This vintage Snap-On Tools 3/8dr flex head ratchet does work. Will most likely need a kit at minimum maybe get it warranted for chrome loss. If this ratchet could tell stories, it’s turned a lot of sockets. I would say very well used. See photos. Any questions just ask.
