The set is in nice used shape and shows some scratches and blemishes due to wear and tear. The hammers had electrical tape near the head in order to protect them during usage hence the discoloration. The foam does need something underneath it as a few of the dolly cut outs have holes cut all the way through the foam Please look over all the pictures prior to purchasing as the item in the pictures is what you be receiving.
