This is a Snap On Torquemaster TQ-803-L one inch drive torque wrench. It has a range of torquing bolts from 60 lbs. to 800 lbs. There is a small cover missing that covers the battery for the light which wouldn't be hard to make, but does not affect the operation of the tool.
