this is for a one steel drive worm gear that goes on the bottom of the electric motor. and one worm gear that goes on the shaft. do you own research but I believe the van Norman part numbers are 777-108 for the steel drive gear. and not positive but 777-157 bronze spiral gear. but please double check steel gear dimentions are .593 id,1.194 length,1.094 od. bronze gear is .811 id 1.135 length and 1.437 at largest od.
