This is a Topdiag Electrical Circuit Tester. It has multiple functions to test electrical components and can also find short circuits. Operates off of vehicle battery power. (See pictures for details) It’s in great shape. I only used once to find a short circuit on my motorcycle. So I don’t need it anymore.
