The US Chemical 14060 All-Metal body filler is a quart-size aluminum-filled polyester repair compound designed for automotive restoration and classic car repairs. It provides the appearance and strength of metal while maintaining the workability of a premium body filler. All-Metal adheres to steel, aluminum, fiberglass, wood, and galvanized steel, and forms a rustproof and waterproof repair once cured. The compound can be drilled, tapped, and powder coated, making it suitable for long-term, high-strength repairs. It is ideal for filling dents, dings, rust damage, hail damage, and small holes up to a maximum recommended thickness of 1/8 inch (sanded). The filler gels in 2 to 3 minutes at 77F and is ready to sand in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Mix at a 2 percent by weight ratio using the included hardener.
