US Chemical 24030 Duraglas is a fiberglass reinforced body filler engineered for high-strength repairs in automotive, marine, and industrial applications. Known as the original reinforced filler, Duraglas uses high-quality resins and chopped fiberglass strands to deliver significantly more strength than standard plastic fillers. It is 100 percent waterproof and rustproof, making it suitable for repairing rust-outs, holes, cracks, tears, weld seams, and damaged metal, fiberglass, wood, concrete, and masonry. Duraglas gels in 3 to 5 minutes and is typically ready to sand in 15 to 20 minutes at 77F. The recommended maximum sanded thickness is 1/4 inch. It includes a cream hardener and mixes at a 2 percent by weight ratio.
