K-line reamer part number 1122 that may not be the proper part number but I think it is diameter .374 looks very much like new , I can not find any marks that show any abuse, the reamer is healthy. Not in an original package This is really sharp ,don't like it send it back. Don't use it and send it back that is just bad behaver. your getting few shipping any way.
