Review pictures. There is a chip on the parrot head near the outer edge of one of the cutting faces. Had to use Gemini to figure out what these are. Gemini says they are from 1880-1920. Looks like they used to have a guide screw that kept the two halves in a track. Pliers are stamped with a z in a circle and other German markings. Cutters are extremely rare. They still cut extremely well. Sold as is.
