I really don't know much about this. It was in a tool chest drawer. Looks to be clean most tools were kept that way. I've read its from 1975 and was specialized for classic snowmobiles or tractors. I don't have any of those 2 items. If I can get someone to show me how I can see if it works, I will, but if you need more photos, please let me know.
