Vintage Mac Tools ET-850 Tach Dwell Volt Ohmmeter - Ground wires are missing the insulation from the wires, one is missing the clip - Rear instructions are worn and not readable in some places - I have not tested this other than the Voltmeter - shown in photos - Battery compartment is fairly clean, I did not put batteries in it.
