From very old tool box we have a proto 1/4 drive looks to be a torque style ratchet has pat # 28977o4 plus second pat# 2743638 ratchet works very good lock @ unlock works good research shows some of these torque tools need to be calibrated so dont know much about that could need it tool has no owner marks did light research and could not find this exact ratchet @ dont know it's age date maker home says jo - line tools inc south gate cal
