As shown in pics - comes in original box/packaging with original documentation. The spiral neon tube is loose inside the cartridge, which I assume would mean it's not functional, so probably need new "Neon Replacement Cartridge #764" ... That said, I don't know enough about these, and it may still flash, just not properly focused by the lens(?)
