Vintage Snap-on 1/4" Drive Swivel Flex Roto Head Ratchet (TM739) & Metal Case

Very rare, vintage swivel roto head 1/4 ratchet. The tool is in working condition. The swivel head does have slight play where it connects to the ratchet handle and also the upper part of the handle has a small knick (both circled in red in picture 5). Also, comes with an old school style metal case that has plenty of room for a socket set.
