This listing is for (1) 100% NOS Sun Electric E.F.I. adapter. I'm not sure if it is machine specific, but I have to assume it's for one of the later scope machines such as the 1015, 1115, 1215 Computer II, etc. This adapter was removed from the original sealed bag only for photos. No documentation was in the bag. This is one of many items I've acquired from a retired distributor's remaining stock. No returns. No refunds. There is no mystery here.
