Just want to start off by saying that I do not know anything about this meter. Unfortunately, I found absolutely nothing online. It is in pretty good condition given its age. Nothing broken, dials are tight. Just a little dirty and may e a couple scratches. Please look over the photos to verify condition and what you will be receiving.
