No keys It is missing the pieces inside that connect to the lock It is in rough shape all around. I did try to clean it up as there was grease and dirt build up but it was taking all the paint off so I only tried to wipe it down after that. There is still dirt and grime left on it. Shipping will most likely be through FedEx as it’s usually the cheapest but it will be securely packaged.
