This a new old stock factory Ammco 9401461 pulley (3/4" center hole) and pin kit for 3000, 4000, 4100, 7000, and 7100 brake lathes. It's been sitting on my shelf for 25+ years (we were a factory service center) and the original box fell apart so it ships in a padded envelope. Instructions included.
